Welcome to the Beau Rivage website. These terms are short because the site is simple. By using it you agree to what follows.

What this site is

This site describes Beau Rivage, a two-unit family beach house at 15 W. 84th Street in Sea Isle City, NJ, and shows which weeks are open. It is run by the property's owners.

Availability and rates

We keep the calendar current, but it is informational, not a binding offer. A week is reserved only when the owners confirm it to you in writing and a rental agreement is signed. Until then, availability and rates can change. If anything on this site ever conflicts with your signed rental agreement, the agreement is what counts.

Booking requests

Requests go through a form hosted by Google, and Google's own terms apply to that form. Submitting a request does not create a reservation.

Our content

The photos and text on this site belong to the owners. You're welcome to view and share them when talking about a stay; please don't reuse them commercially without asking.

No warranties

We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the owners are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site itself. Nothing here limits any rights the law gives you, and nothing here changes the terms of a signed rental agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
